Calif. Supreme Court Won’t Review Reinstatement of Asbestos Talc Case Against Colgate-Palmolive




SAN FRANCISCO –– The California Supreme Court has declined to review an intermediate appellate court order reinstating an asbestos talc case, opting not to weigh in on a dispute over whether there was a triable issue of fact as to whether the defendant’s product contained asbestos.

In a Jan. 31 docket entry, the state’s highest court denied Colgate-Palmolive’s petition for review and de-publication request.
