TRENTON, N.J. –– Plaintiffs in the only remaining class action suit pending in the national coordinated multidistrict litigation docket for talcum powder claims has stipulated to a dismissal of the suit in wake of an MDL Court order tossing claims asserted in the only other class action lawsuit, saying they wish to save the resources of the court in re-briefing the same issue of standing in their own complaint.
