New Talcum Powder Complaint Filed in Pennsylvania State Court; Says Products Caused Ovarian Cancer

PHILADELPHIA –– A widow has filed a talcum powder lawsuit in Pennsylvania state court, contending that a number of defendants, including CVS and Beautyland, are liable for his late wife’s development of ovarian cancer.

Plaintiff Robert Gendelman asserted the claims on behalf of Sherri Gendelman in a Nov. 18 complaint filed in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia County, contending that she developed ovarian cancer as a result of exposure to talcum powder products manufactured and distributed by the defendants.
