WASHINGTON, D.C. –– A pro se plaintiff has filed a petition for coordination of all cases involving prisoners that are medically vulnerable to COVID-19, contending that there are “thousands” of cases pending across the country asserted by prisoners who have been denied transfer to home confinement.
