Luxury Chocolate Co. Sues Insurer for COVID-19 Losses in Ill. Federal Court

CHICAGO — A company that makes luxury chocolate candies and gifts has sued its insurer in Illinois federal court, demanding coverage for losses it sustained when it was forced to close its business premises in compliance with government COVID-19 closure orders.
