N.J. Four-Star Restaurant Sues Insurers for COVID-19 Business Interruption Losses

CAMDEN, N.J. — A New Jersey four-star restaurant has sued its insurers, seeking a ruling that losses it sustained after the COVID-19 pandemic and related civil authority orders forced it to close are covered under its comprehensive general liability policy.
