TIG Seeks Contribution From ACE for Asbestos Settlement

NEW YORK - TIG Insurance Co. has amended its complaint seeking $1.7 million for an underlying asbestos settlement to include ACE Property and Casualty Insurance Co. as a defendant. TIG Insurance Co. v. Century Indemnity Co., et al., No. 08-7322 (S.D. N.Y.).

TIG wants to recoup sums it paid to settle asbestos claims brought against Honeywell International's predecessor, Elta Corp.
