BOSTON - In a battle over $2.6 million in retrocessional coverage, Trenwick America Reinsurance Corp. and UNUM Life Insurance Co. seek to depose the president of IRC Re, who is being held in a New Jersey correctional facility on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol. Trenwick America Reinsurance Corp., et al. v. IRC Inc., No. 07-CA-12160 (D. Mass.).
