HARRISBURG, Pa. - A Pennsylvania federal judge has stayed a dispute over reinsurance coverage for costs inccured in settling a suit against two state counties accused of avoiding per diem foster care payments. Pennsylvania County Risk Pool, et al. v. Northfield Insurance Co., No. 07-0898 (M.D. Pa.).
On Oct. 29, Judge Yvette Kane of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania stayed the case pending disposition of the parties' summary judgment motions.
