LOS ANGELES — Enstar Holdings (US) LLC and its affiliates have moved to dismiss a lawsuit filed against it by California Capital Insurance Co. (CIC), accusing them of instructing their reinsurer subsidiary to deny CIC’s reinsurance claims, arguing that CIC has failed to state claims for intentional interference or breach of contract.
