OMAHA, Neb. — A Nebraska federal judge has allowed Applied Underwriters Captive Risk Assurance Co. and its affiliates to file a fourth amended answer in a workers’ compensation coverage dispute, allowing them to plead over the arguments raised in the plaintiffs’ motion to dismiss.

In a July 10 order, Chief Judge John M. Gerrard of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska denied plaintiffs’ motion to dismiss as moot.
