MINNEAPOLIS — An insurer has standing to sue Arrowood Indemnity Co. for contribution toward the defense and indemnity of sexual abuse claims filed against a Catholic diocese, a Minnesota federal judge has ruled, noting that such lawsuits are permissible under state law.
