SAN DIEGO — A California federal judge has dismissed a single claim for injunctive relief against AmTrust North America Inc. in Odyssey Reinsurance Co.’s action seeking payment of a $3.2 million judgment issued against Cal-Regent Insurance Services Corp.

On Oct. 27, Judge Barry Moskowitz of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California dismissed Odyssey Re’s second amended complaint without prejudice as to AmTrust only.
