CHICAGO - A federal appeals court has ruled that Trustmark Insurance Co. and John Hancock Life Insurance Co. should not be enjoined from arbitrating before a panel that includes Mark S. Gurevitz as a party arbitrator because he did not breach the parties' confidentiality agreement. Trustmark Insurance Co. v. John Hancock Life Insurance Co., No. 09-3959 (7th Cir.).
