NEW YORK - A federal judge has refused to vacate a supplemental arbitration award of $682,939 in attorneys' fees and costs in favor of Odyssey America Reinsurance Corp., ruling that the award does not contravene the terms of the reinsurance treaty at issue or New York state law.
