CHICAGO - Arbitrators did not exceed their authority in ordering Argonaut Insurance Co. to pay attorneys' fees incurred by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's London in related litigation regarding the constitution of the arbitration panel, an Illinois federal judge has ruled. Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's London v. Argonaut Insurance Co., No. 04-5852 (N.D. Ill.).
