EAU CLAIRE, Wis. -- A hearing in Wisconsin has been set to address whether counsel in a benzene case will be permitted to add 10 plaintiffs and two new defendants, an amendment that would result in what is believed to be the biggest rubber worker tire plant benzene case in the country, sources told HarrisMartin. Christ, et al. v. Exxon Mobil Corp., et al., No. 06 CV 420 (Wis. Cir. Ct., Eau Claire Cty.).
