Recusals Lead to Dismissal of Lockheed Admissibility Dispute

SAN FRANCISCO -- The California Supreme Court has opted not to weigh in on a dispute over the admissibility of epidemiological evidence in a chemical exposure case, despite initially granting review 32 months ago, sources told HarrisMartin. Lockheed Litigation Cases, No. S132167 (Calif. Sup. Ct.).

On Nov. 1, the high court issued an order that said the case was being dismissed "in light of circumstances, arising since review was granted, that require a majority of the permanent members of the court to recuse themselves."
