SEATTLE -- A Washington state court has granted a benzene plaintiff's motion for voluntary dismissal, just a month after the court had opined that the plaintiff had yet to produce evidence linking the alleged exposure with any of the defendants' products. Evans, et al. v. 3M Company, et al., No. 05-2-37353-9 KNT (Wash. Super. Ct., King Cty.).

On Jan. 3, the Washington Superior Court for King County entered an order granting Elizabeth Evans' motion for voluntary dismissal with prejudice.
