TULSA, Okla. -- ExxonMobil has reasserted a motion for summary judgment, claiming that the plaintiff's deadline for providing more specific evidence linking an ExxonMobil product to her husband's injury has expired by almost 90 days. Shaw, et al. v. Conoco Inc., et al., No. 05-67 (N.D. Okla.).
