ST. LOUIS -- A benzene defendant named in a Missouri case has defended its motion for summary judgment, maintaining that the claims against it should be dismissed because they fail to prove that the decedent used any of its products. Whitehead v. Baxter Healthcare Corp., et al., No. 08-0421 (E.D. Mo.).
