LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A motion to dismiss a benzene complaint on grounds that the claims are time-barred remains pending in Kentucky federal court, sources told HarrisMartin. Jeffries, et al. v. Thermo Fisher Scientific, No. 07-192 (W.D. Ky.).

The moving defendants claim that the amended complaint filed against them in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky was nearly two years later under the state's statute of limitations.
