Defendants Move to Strike Experts 'Late, Incomplete' Disclosures

BALTIMORE - The defendants in a wrongful death lawsuit on May 20 moved to strike two of the plaintiffs' experts, arguing the experts produced incomplete disclosures two months late. Bailey, et al. v. BWD Automotive Corp., et al., No. WDQ-04-2078 (D. Md.).
The motion follows a May 3 order in which the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland denied defense motions to compel and for sanctions in the benzene proceeding.
