Calif. Court Issues Pretrial Orders Outlining Plans for Wave 1 Remand Roundup Cases

SAN FRANCISCO –– The federal court overseeing the national multidistrict litigation docket for Roundup personal injury claims has issued a number of pretrial orders, weighing in on the testimony of plaintiff experts and outlining its plans for the Wave 1 remand cases.

In Pretrial Order No. 204, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California continued a hearing on the remaining Wave 1 motions from Jan. 29 to Feb. 6.

“Between now and then,” the court added, “the Court will notify the parties of which issues it wishes to hear arguments on.”
