Monsanto Files Notice of 4th Circuit Lipitor Decision, Says Ruling Supports MSJ in Roundup Docket

SAN FRANCISCO –– Monsanto has filed a notice of supplemental authority in the national coordinated docket for Roundup-related personal injury claims, contending that a recent 4th Circuit decision to award summary judgment to the defendant manufacturer in the Lipitor MDL docket supports its recent efforts to obtain a similar judgment in the Roundup MDL docket.
