Sunoco Moves to Compel Plaintiff Responses to Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents in Benzene Suit

PHILADELPHIA –– Sunoco LLC has moved to compel responses from plaintiffs to interrogatories and request for production of documents in a Pennsylvania benzene suit, saying that the plaintiffs have not answered the documents within 30 days as required by state law.

In Jan. 16 motion filed in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County, Sunoco said that it served the interrogatories and requests for production on the plaintiffs in June 2017.

Follow-up emails were sent in November and December, the defendant said.
