Parties Involved in C-8 Contamination MDL Docket Reach $921 Million Global Settlement

CINCINNATI –– The parties involved in the C-8 water contamination personal injury multidistrict litigation docket have reached a global settlement, according to an order issued by the federal court that has overseen the docket for the last four years.

In a one-page order, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio said that it had been informed by the parties that they had reached a global resolution of “all of the cases that make up this MDL.”
