Benzene Plaintiffs Seek Extension of Time to File Appellate Brief in $1.76 Million Judgment

ST. LOUIS –– The plaintiffs for which a $1.76 million judgment was entered by a federal court have asked the 8th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals for more time to file their appellate brief, saying that its cross-appeal in the matter was not docketed.

In the Dec. 8 motion, the benzene plaintiffs asked the 8th Circuit to give them until Dec. 22 to file their brief.
