BOSTON –– A defendant named in a benzene personal injury lawsuit has asked the federal court overseeing the matter to compel a non-party to comply with a subpoena requesting documents and a representative for deposition, arguing that the information sought is “relevant to its defenses and is reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence.”
