NEW ORLEANS — The federal judge overseeing a Louisiana benzene exposure action brought against Univar USA Inc. has scheduled opening arguments for Aug. 10, 2015.

In a Sept. 24 order, Judge Mary Ann Vial Lemmon of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana directed the parties to file and serve all pretrial motions, including motions in limine regarding the admissibility of expert testimony, by May 27.
