COLUMBIA, S.C. –– A benzene plaintiff in South Carolina has filed a motion for protective order, saying that questions relating to communication with her attorneys are improper since they address privileged information.

According to the Dec. 18 motion filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, plaintiff Susan Boykin was instructed during her deposition not to answer questions regarding communications intended for her attorney.
