NEW ORLEANS –– A benzene plaintiff has filed a second amended complaint after a federal court overseeing the case granted a defense motion for a more definite statement and asking the plaintiffs to clarify their complaint with the “who, what, when, where, why and how” of each of the defendant’s alleged wrongdoings.

In the second amended complaint, filed Oct. 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the plaintiffs acquiesced to the court’s request to provide dates of employment as well as to specifically identify products.
