La. Court Sets June 2014 Trial for Benzene Claims Alleging Exposure to Gasoline Products

NEW ORLEANS –– A Louisiana federal court that recently allowed benzene wrongful death and product liability claims to proceed has issued an order scheduling a June 2014 trial in the matter.

A Sept. 25 pretrial order issued by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana added that all motions in limine were due by May 8.
