Defendants File Reply Brief with Supreme Court; Case Set for Jan. Distribution

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Defendants involved in an admissibility dispute currently pending before the U.S. Supreme Court have filed a reply briefing backing their argument that there were significant gaps in evidence and flaws in reasoning in the plaintiffs' expert testimony. U.S. Steel Corp., et al., v. Milward, et ux., No. 10A1263 (U.S. Sup. Ct.).
