NEW ORLEANS -- The plaintiffs in a Louisiana benzene lawsuit have filed a second amended complaint, reiterating that the decedent was exposed to benzene as both a home mechanic and drill pipe inspector. Wagoner, et al. v. Exxon Mobil Corp., et al., No. 09-07257 (E.D. La.).

On Dec. 27, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana had granted the plaintiffs' motion for leave to file the amended complaint.
