Court Strikes Affidavit of Frank M. Parker III on Procedural and Substantive Grounds

NEW ORLEANS -- A federal court overseeing a benzene case has granted a motion to strike an affidavit filed by Frank M. Parker III, noting that while the plaintiffs failed to oppose the motion in the required time, the motion appeared to have merit as well. Bunch, et al. v. Shell Oil Co., et al., No. 10-01226 (E.D. La.).
