Plaintiffs Oppose El Paso Energy's Motion to Reconsider Ruling on Jurisdiction

NEW ORLEANS -- Saying that El Paso Energy E.S.T. is "categorically wrong," a benzene plaintiff has opposed the benzene defendant's motion urging the court to reconsider its finding that it had personal jurisdiction over the defendant, according to a recent brief.
