NEW ORLEANS -- Saying that El Paso Energy E.S.T. is "categorically wrong," a benzene plaintiff has opposed the benzene defendant's motion urging the court to reconsider its finding that it had personal jurisdiction over the defendant, according to a recent brief. Washington, et al. v. Baker Petrolite Corp., et al., No. 09-07926 (E.D. La.).
