Defendants Challenge Diagnostic Opinions of Dr. R. Michael Kelly

DETROIT -- A group of defendants have filed a motion to exclude the diagnostic opinions of R. Michael Kelly, M.D., in 80 asbestos cases slated for a November trial setting, arguing that in the majority of the cases where Dr. Kelly diagnosed an asbestos-related illness, independent doctors found no sign of an asbestos-related impairment.
