LOS ANGELES -- A California appellate court has granted a petition for a writ of mandate, asking a trial court to reverse an order in which the court awarded an asbestos defendant summary judgment in a naval exposure case after the defendant had argued the claims were barred by the sophisticated user doctrine, sources told HarrisMartin. Munn, et al. v. Superior Court of Los Angeles County, et al., No. B210512 (Calif. 2nd Dist. Ct. App.); Munn, et al. v. Armstrong International Inc., et al., No. BC379250 (Calif. Super.
