CLEVELAND -- A federal court has denied motions made by two parties in an insurance dispute, each seeking an order precluding the other from arguing that another state's law rules the proceedings. Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. v. Hartford Accident, No. 03-7168 (N.D. Ohio).
