Court Denies Friction Defendants' Summary Judgment Motion, Orders Depositions of Deceased Plaintiff's Co-Workers

NEW YORK - A New York Supreme Court has denied summary judgment to two friction defendants in an asbestos claim after issuing an order allowing plaintiffs to depose two of the deceased plaintiff's co-workers. Lechner v. ACandS, Inc., et al., No. 002411/02 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Nassau Cty.).
