WILMINGTON, Del. –– A Delaware magistrate judge has recommended that four asbestos defendants be awarded summary judgment, noting that not only were the defense motions unopposed by the plaintiffs, but that the plaintiffs had failed to “produce any evidence tending to establish” exposure to the defendants’ products.

In the Dec. 30 report and recommendation, Magistrate Judge Sherry R. Fallon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware opined that summary judgment should be awarded to CBS Corp., Goodyear, FMC Corp., and Ingersoll Rand Co.
