AUSTIN, Texas - The Texas Supreme Court has held that a law limiting the capacity to sue for alleged injuries that occurred outside the state applies to the asbestos product liability claims of some 8,000 plaintiffs who sought damages from E.I. DuPont De Nemours. In Re E.I. DuPont De Nemours & Co., No. 01-0066 (Texas Sup. Ct.).
