Judge Orders Sealed Air, W.R. Grace Fraudulent Transfer Trial to Proceed

WILMINGTON, Del. - A multi-billion dollar fraudulent transfer suit involving the sale of a W.R. Grace subsidiary to Sealed Air Corp. is scheduled to get underway Dec. 9, after being postponed by a recent ruling that could make it difficult for a creditors committee to pursue the claim in bankruptcy court. In Re: W.R. Grace & Co., et al., No. 01-1139, Adv. No. 02-2210 (D. Del., Bankr.).
