NEW YORK - A New York power company is not entitled to summary judgment in a case filed on behalf of a former electrician who claimed he developed mesothelioma as a result of his exposure to asbestos while building one of the company's powerhouses, a state court judge has ruled. Pawelski v. Consolidated Edison Co., et al., No. 110741/01 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., New York Cty.).
