Ohio Court Declines to Change Wording of Order in Asbestos Insurance Dispute

CLEVELAND –– An Ohio federal court has denied RPM’s motion to clarify an insurance-related order, finding that the change sought by the plaintiff is not of a clerical nature, but rather would substantially change the original ruling.

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio’s Nov. 5 order will allow a 2009 ruling that ordered the plaintiff to reimburse its insurance company more than $200,000 to stand.
