6th Circuit Affirms Decision for Insurance Company in Asbestos-Related Coverage Dispute

CINCINNATI -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit has upheld a lower court's decision in favor of an insurer, which was found to have paid the maximum coverage under the policies' Product Hazard cap.
