RICHMOND, Va. -- Several amici groups have filed briefs with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, requesting that the court reverse a district court decision that dismissed fraud and conspiracy claims against an asbestos plaintiff firm and Ray Harron, M.D. CSX Transportation Inc. v. Gilkison, No. 09-2135 (4th Cir.).
