Court Reverses Judgment Against Premises Defendant, Former Employer

HOUSTON -- A Texas appellate court has reversed judgment entered against a premises defendant, ruling that despite evidence that the defendant supplied and specified the use of asbestos-containing products on its property, there was a lack of evidence that the defendant controlled the manner in which those products were used.
