Ashlie is the managing partner of the firm’s Cleveland and Youngstown offices. She represents plaintiffs in mass torts, civil rights, and fertility matters. She began her legal career at a global law firm defending corporations in product-liability litigation. She then joined a civil-rights boutique where she represented plaintiffs injured by police misconduct, jail abuse, sexual assault and harassment, workplace discrimination, and constitutional violations.

Brandon L. Bogle is a shareholder at Levin Papantonio. He received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 2004 and his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in 2007, graduating magna cum laude. Mr. Bogle ranked first in his graduating class and seventh for the graduating year. During his third year of law school, he worked for the Florida Department of Community Affairs addressing various statewide growth management and land use planning issues.

Andy is a founding partner of Childers, Schlueter & Smith, LLC. Andy was born in South Carolina, raised in Maryland just outside of Washington, D.C., and has lived in Georgia since 1995. He graduated from Clemson University in 1995, and went on to get his law degree from the University of Georgia in 1998. Andy remains actively involved with UGA Law, serving as a member of the Law School Alumni Council (LSAC) since 2012. Andy had the honor of being selected as a member of the Executive Committee of the LSAC starting in 2015, culminating in his tenure as President of the LSAC in 2018-2019. Andy is admitted to practice law in the states of Georgia, Florida and Pennsylvania.

Diandra “Fu” Debrosse Zimmermann is Managing Partner of DiCello Levitt’s Birmingham office, and Co-Chair of the firm’s Mass Tort division. Fu is also a member of the firm’s Public Client, Environmental, Personal Injury, Civil Rights, and Trial practice groups. Widely known for her relentless client advocacy, Fu represents individuals and public entities injured by wrongful conduct, whether from defective medical devices or drugs, environmental contamination, corporate misconduct, or civil rights abuse. Stacy Hauer represents clients who have been injured as a result of defective drugs or faulty medical devices. Since she began practicing law, she has focused much of her practice in this area on large national cases including: Baycol, Zyprexa, Medtronic Defibrillators, Guidant Defibrillators, Medtronic Sprint Fidelis leads, Digitek, and Transvaginal Mesh. Ms. Hauer’s extensive background in science and medicine make her uniquely qualified for drug and device litigation.

For nearly two decades, Tim Becker has protected the rights of clients injured by defective drugs, medical devices and products. As a partner at Johnson Becker, PLLC, Tim plays a pivotal role in the firm’s commitment to successfully representing clients by exclusively dedicating his practice to representing the rights of those injured by dangerous and defective drugs or medical devices. He is actively involved in prosecuting claims on behalf of his clients who suffered injuries ranging from defective knee and hip implants, to catastrophic organ failure stemming from the use of over the counter herbal supplements.
